1736 – How to clear app data on your ActivConnect

If you have installed an app on your ActivConnect device and it crashes or is not working as expected, clear the app data by following these steps:

  1. Open Settings and select Apps.
  2. Locate the app in the list and select it.
  3. Select Storage.
  4. Select Clear data.

Close the Settings menu and launch the app again.
