The required drivers can be downloaded from article 1557. Open Device Manager on your OPS-M and then install the drivers in the following order:
Installing the motherboard/chipset drivers
In Device Manager, expand Other devices, right click on Base System Device and select Update driver.
Select Browse my computer for driver software and browse to the location the drivers are downloaded to. Select the chipset_intel_10.1.1.38 file and click Next.
You should receive a notification to let you know that the drivers have been successfully updated.
Repeat these steps for the following:
- PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing
- PCI Memory Controller
- SM Bus Controller
Now, right click on PCI Simple Communications Controller and select Update driver. Browse to the location the drivers are downloaded to. Select the ME_Consumer_Win8.1_10_18.104.22.1684 file and click Next.
Again, you should receive a notification to let you know that the drivers have been successfully updated.
To install the chipset software, browse to the drivers folder you downloaded, then to the chipset_intel_10.1.1.38 folder, right click on the Setup file and select Run as administrator, click Next and in the User Account Control pop-up, select Yes to allow the app. Accept the License Agreement, and follow the install wizard.
Installing the video/audio drivers
Browse to the drivers folder you downloaded and open the win64_154605.4771 folder. Right click on the Setup file and select Run as administrator. The setup wizard will appear.
Check the Automatically run WinSAT option and enable the Windows Aero desktop theme (if supported) option. Click Next.
If a User Account Control message pops up, click Yes to allow the app to make changes to the device.
Accept the License Agreement, click Next and follow the on-screen wizard.
When the setup is complete, you will need to restart the OPS-M. Upon restart, you will notice that a WinSAT executable runs for a few seconds.
Installing the wireless/Bluetooth drivers
Browse to the drivers folder you downloaded and open the Wireless_20.0.0_64_Driver64_Win10 folder. Right click on the BT_20.0.0_64_Win10 file and select Run as administrator. The setup wizard will appear.
Follow the on-screen prompts and select the Complete setup type when prompted.
