1361 – What can I do if an ActivBoard System connector breaks?

If something has physically broken (e.g. a pin has been bent) we recommend that you contact Promethean Technical Customer Support to find out what can be done.

Please provide your ActivBoard serial number, this will enable us to view the warranty of your ActivBoard. If the broken part is on a projector please have your projector serial number to hand.
