1014 – How do I change my ClassFlow settings in ActivInspire 2?

Click Settings.

Click Server Address.

Users with a standard ClassFlow account should ensure the address is set to https://prod.classflow.xx, where xx is the domain where you registered your ClassFlow account, e.g. .com, .co.uk, .de, .fr, .cn, etc.

ClassFlow for Schools users will need to adjust their server address. Click Server Address and enter your tenant details, e.g. https://tenantname.classflow.com

Please contact your IT administrator if you do not know your tenant details.
