Troubleshooting Connection Issues with your ActivPanel
If your ActivPanel is having trouble recognising your ActivConnect or computer, here are a few steps you can take to attempt to resolve the issue yourself, before contacting Promethean Technical Customer Support.

Checking connections - Ensure that the cables are connected to the correct ports.
Testing Touch - Ensure that touch functionality is enabled.
Selecting the source - Ensure that the ActivPanel is set to the correct source.
Updating the ActivDriver - Download and install the latest version of the ActivDriver if you are using a computer.
Testing USB ports - Connect the USB cable to another port on the computer.
Trying another computer - To check whether the issue is with the computer, or with the ActivPanel, connect it to another computer that works with a different ActivPanel.
