If your ActivConnect device does not appear in the list of available AirPlay devices:

  • • Ensure that ActivCast is running and open on the ActivConnect device; you should see this screen: User-added image
  • • Ensure that the ActivConnect and your Apple device are on the same network
  • • Ensure that the device name under Change Device Name and PIN Code does not contain a dot
  • • Ensure that Bonjour discovery is supported on your network
