To help us continually build software that suits the needs of our customers, we are now collecting crash reporting and telemetry data. Crash reporting includes non-identifying technical data if ActivInspire ever crashes, helping us to better identify the cause of the issue.

We also collect application usage data to help us identify the most used features, the operating system platforms being used and any potential workflow problems.

In order to guarantee that this information is received by Promethean, port 443 needs to be open and and need to be whitelisted.

Even if ActivInspire is not able to send any crash reporting and telemetry data, the software will continue to function.
