Note: The Diagnostic tool is available in ActivDriver v5.14.14 and above, when your computer is connected to an ActivPanel 5. Click the ActivManager icon in your system tray or toolbar, and select Control Panel, and then the Utilities tab. You may be asked by the Promethean Customer Support Technician to view this tab during troubleshooting, although it is not needed for everyday use of your ActivPanel 5.

To use the Diagnostic tool, click Launch.

If the ActivPanel is working normally, you will receive a message to confirm that all tests were successful. 

Alternatively, if an error message is displayed, please take a screenshot or a photo of the screen, and send it to Promethean Technical Customer Support.
