To download the ClassFlow Desktop software update, follow these steps: 

  1. Confirm that time zone on your ClassFlow Connect device is set to your local time zone. 
  2. If it is already running, quit the ClassFlow Desktop application by clicking Quit on the on the toolbar.
  3. Right click on the ClassFlow Desktop shortcut and select Run as Administrator to launch the ClassFlow Desktop application.
  4. Quit the ClassFlow Desktop application by clicking Quit on the on the toolbar.
  5. Right click on the ClassFlow Desktop shortcut again and select Run as Administrator to launch the ClassFlow Desktop update dialog window.
  6. Allow the update to download and run. Once complete, the ClassFlow Desktop application will be launched. 
  7. Quit the ClassFlow Desktop application again by clicking Quit on the on the toolbar.
  8. Restart your ClassFlow Connect device.


The next time you launch ClassFlow Desktop, open the Settings menu and check that the ClassFlow Server URL is set to https://prod.classflow.xx (xx is the domain where you registered your ClassFlow account, e.g. .com, .co.uk, .de, .fr, .cn, etc.)

ClassFlow for Schools users will need to adjust their server address. Click Server Address and enter your tenant details, e.g. https://tenantname.classflow.com
