The LED on the Laser Guided Assembly (LGA) indicates power and health of the ActivWall's USB connection. If the LED is lit but remains amber, this shows that it is receiving power via the USB cable but there is no communication with the computer or Camera Sensor Module (CSM).

If the LED does not turn blue, consider using another known-working USB cable. The length of the USB connection should not exceed 5 metres. Remember to try all of the USB ports on your computer. 

​Ensure that the CSM cable is connected securely.

Ensure the latest version of ActivDriver is installed on your computer. If the problem persists, install ActivDriver on another computer and try again. 

Once connected, the LED will turn blue. If you continue to experience connection issues, please contact Promethean Technical Customer Support.
