You may purchase the On-Site Support service as part of the Promethean ActivCare Plus warranty. Following a diagnostics call with Promethean Technical Customer Support, and once the product is declared faulty, an authorized Promethean Service Provider will attend site in order to repair or replace faulty parts. On-Site Support is only available in certain countries.
