The Advanced Replacement Cover entitles you to a replacement item prior to the return of the faulty goods. Once Promethean Technical Customer Support has processed your replacement, you will receive a confirmation email with a Returns Label attached. 

Instructions for returning a single defective Product:

  1. Securely package up the defective product
  2. Print off the attached Defective Part Returns Label
  3. Affix to the outside of the packaging
  4. Follow the carrier instructions included with the replacement product to arrange collection

Instructions for returning multiple defective Products in one box:

NB: Same defective products must be packaged together (e.g. 3 x ActivPen in one parcel & 3 x ActiVote in another parcel)

  1. Package up the defective products by type 
  2. Print off the attached Defective Part Returns Label for each parcel
  3. Tick the appropriate Defective Item Code on the label
  4. Affix each label to the relevant parcel
  5. Securely package all parcels in one box
  6. Follow the carrier instructions included with the replacement product to arrange collection

Please note if the faulty item is not returned within 30 days from receipt of the replacement item, Promethean reserves the right to invoice for the cost of the replacement product, associated shipping and administration costs.
