When the computer starts up there is a pop-up which says ‘failed to reconnect to a virtual hub.’ This pop-up may reappear at any time.
Click on the ActivManager icon in your system tray, select Control Panel then click on Connections.
At the bottom of the screen, under the section that says ActivEngage Server, click on Manage Connections.
The ActivEngage Server Connections screen will open. Ensure that none of the boxes in the Selected column are checked, and then click Apply. If you see the message below, click Yes then Exit.
