1535 – How do I restore my device?

Applicable to:

  • ActivConnect M-Series

    ActivConnect M-Series

  • ClassFlow Connect

    ClassFlow Connect

Restoring the device will bring back the previously installed software version.

From the menu, select Settings and log in.

Select Software Update Restore to begin the restore process. The device will restart automatically when the process is complete.

NB: These instructions are not applicable to the Windows 10 model of ClassFlow Connect.
