1432 – Annotations not appearing in ActivStudio or ActivPrimary
If you are experiencing problems with annotations not appearing in ActivStudio or ActivPrimary , it may be because the graphics card on your computer is not capable of displaying high quality annotations on multiple monitors.
To resolve the issue in ActivStudio or ActivPrimary, on the software Dashboard, click on the Configure tab, and choose General Program Settings.
At the next screen, select Flipchart Objects down the left hand side, and remove the ticks from High Quality Images and Lines and Shapes and click OK.
You should now be able to view your annotations on the flipchart page.
Since December 2011 we no longer provide support for ActivPrimary or ActivStudio.
