1231 – ActivEngage2 Client does not receive questions
If the client (iOS, Android, Windows mobile or web) goes to sleep, it may not receive the questions from the teacher during this time.
When the device or computer is woken up, it maintains the connection to the server, but the user may have to rejoin the virtual hub. At that point, they will continue to receive subsequent questions.
You should ensure that all devices are ‘awake’ before you begin sending questions.
